The Washington County Board of Commissioners is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide comprehensive engineering services for the expansion of the existing Washington County Recreation Park. The project aims to enhance recreational opportunities within the community by adding high school regulation size softball fields, regulation baseball fields, a dedicated softball field house, all-purpose fields, playgrounds, and masonry bathrooms and other features. The project has a budget of $13,000,000 and is expected to be completed within 32 weeks from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The selected firm will be responsible for providing engineering services, including site analysis, conceptual design development, engineering design specifications, infrastructure design, environmental impact assessment, permitting and regulatory compliance, cost estimation and budgeting, and construction management and oversight.
