The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Mid-Atlantic, is soliciting bids for the modernization of the electrical system at Building CB125, a blast/paint facility located at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek – Fort Story in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The project involves providing upgraded power in high bays, two work offices, and power to support Conex boxes, as well as incidental related work. The contractor will be responsible for all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment required to complete the work. The project is expected to be completed within 220 calendar days after award. • The contractor must adhere to all terms and conditions provided in the Base award for this task order, as well as this Request for Proposal. • The contractor must submit a price proposal, bid guarantee, and copy of current VETS 4212 registration. • The Government reserves the right to eliminate from consideration for award any or all offers at any time prior to award of the contract. • The basis for award will be the lowest evaluated price.
