Description:
The U.S. Government desires to procure the service to provide Training Development Support for the Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE), Fort Gordon Georgia. This effort will support the Cyber School in conducting training development for the Cyber Branch on a small business set aside basis. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Training Development Support as defined in the Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. Key responsibilities include providing instructional training and range development services for the U.S. Army Cyber School’s Advanced Cyber Operations – Procedures (ACO-P) functional course, fostering self-development, platform instruction, assessing student performance, maintaining training resources, developing training schedules, managing exams, managing range network accounts, providing content and course updates to USCYBERCOM, administering virtual cyber ranges on the Pilot Course Test and Evaluation (PCTE) network, updating range components, administering exercises, conducting student assessments, and assisting students with developing, preparing, and practicing presentations. • The contractor shall provide technical instructor/writer and range development support for the USACyS Advanced Cyber Operations – Procedures (ACO-P) course. • Instructor/writer support shall include ACO-P course adult learning instruction and facilitation through modern training techniques and methodologies and assist in developing Government-owned Cyberspace Operations (CO) curriculum. • Range developer support shall include configuration, management, and network and host system implementation within a virtual cyber range environment. • The contractor shall hire and maintain the proper mix of certified instructors and range developers IAW with this PWS.
