Description:
1. The selected vendor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, programming, installation, integration, and related services necessary to upgrade the existing audio/video presentation system in the DSS Conference Room #322 and to install a dedicated streaming and recording system. The conference room is located within the Chemung County DSS Building at 425 Pennsylvania Ave. Elmira, NY 14904. Work shall include all required hardware, system components, cabling, and testing necessary to deliver fully functional and integrated solutions, while reusing existing equipment where specified. 2. All technology equipment will be new; there will be no upgraded equipment. Ceiling mounted projector will remain and not be replaced. Project Screen will be replaced. 3. The vendor is responsible for ensuring that no damage occurs to County property or personnel during the course of installation. Any damage resulting from negligence or improper work must be repaired or reimbursed by the vendor at no cost to the County.
