Contra Costa County is seeking to acquire fourteen model year 2026 Toyota bZ4X FWD vehicles. The total cost of this procurement shall not exceed $579,726.56. The vehicles must meet the minimum specifications as described in the Scope of Work under Section IV in this IFB. The bid will be evaluated based on the total bid amount, thoroughness of compliance with itemized bid specifications, evaluation of alternate submittals, bidder qualifications, and other criteria. • The vehicles must be new and unused, model year 2026 • The vehicles must be Toyota bZ4X FWD • The vehicles must be delivered in the same model, trim level, drivetrain, and color (white) unless otherwise specified • The vehicles must include all manufacturer standard equipment plus options required to meet bid specifications • The vehicles must be delivered with full manufacturer’s warranty, owner’s manuals, and key fobs (minimum two per vehicle)
