The Collier County Board of County Commissioners Procurement Services Division is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the New Master Plan Immokalee Government Center project. The project involves the construction of a new 15,000 square foot facility with state-of-the-art technological equipment, complete with new upgrades, improved floor plan layout, new mechanical water chilling system, improved LED lighting, energy efficient facility, new parking lot improvements, new landscaping, and site lighting improvements. The CMAR will be responsible for providing pre-construction phase services, including reviewing construction documents, attending design and pre-construction conferences, and preparing cost estimates. The CMAR will also be responsible for providing construction phase services, including managing the construction of the project, furnishing and paying for all labor, materials, tools, fuel, supplies, utilities, equipment, and services necessary to complete the project.
