This is a public notice that the listed products are currently utilized by the libraries at the State University of New York at Binghamton, Cobleskill, Delhi, Morrisville, and Oneonta. These Libraries have been affiliated with several consortia through membership to acquire proprietary electronic subscriptions, resources, products, services, and databases. Such consortia were formed to create favorable contracts and establish yearly rates for electronic media, products, services, etc., for their members/affiliates. These consortium agreements are negotiated and established with various vendors, publishers, etc., whereby payment will go directly to the identified publisher or provider of the electronic resources referenced by the consortium association. These Libraries intend to continue utilizing these and other proprietary products offered by the listed vendors and to purchase electronic subscriptions, resources, products, services, databases, and other forms of electronic media for the 2025-2026 fiscal year, as cited. These libraries intend to make awards under their discretionary authority, according to NYS Education Law 355(S)(b), for the products listed. A sealed bid will not be held.
