Description:
The City of St. Petersburg is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a fully SaaS Cloud-based solution to replace its current Oracle E-Business Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software system. The proposed solution should include turnkey, fully integrated, modular functionality for finance, procurement, human capital, and budgeting and planning. The City is looking for a vendor to provide an integrated solution that meets its requirements, minimizes the impact on City staff, and provides a thorough business analysis and pre-configured system. The vendor should also provide project management, system design, hardware, interface development, systems integration, data migration, testing, implementation, training, and maintenance services. • The proposed solution should be a unified ERP suite that addresses the majority of the required capabilities. • The vendor should have successfully implemented the proposed cloud/SaaS solution for multiple state and local government agencies comparable in size to the City of St. Petersburg. • The vendor should have successfully completed at least five data migrations from Oracle EBS into a modern ERP. • The vendor should be a certified implementation partner of the proposed software vendor(s). • The vendor should have provided post-deployment support services for multiple state and local government agencies comparable in size to the City of St. Petersburg.
