The Sheridan-Grant County Regional Airport Authority Board is seeking bids for the construction of the Taxilane Rehabilitation project at the Sheridan-Grant County Regional Airport. The project includes the construction of Taxilane Rehabilitation. Bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or other negotiable instrument equivalent to five percent of the total bid is required, and contract security in the form of 100% Performance and Payment Bonds will be required. • The proposed contract is not subject to the Buy American provision under Section 9129 of the Aviation Safety and Capacity Expansion Act of 1990. • This project is excluded from coverage by either Federal Wage Rates or Arkansas Prevailing Wage Law. • Bidding documents may be examined at the office of Michael Baker International or viewed and/or purchased at http://capitolblueplanroom.com. • The Sheridan-Grant County Regional Airport Authority Board reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received and to reject any or all bids or to award or refrain from awarding the contract for the work.
