The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking sources for a Parks Medical computerized Flo-Lab for the North Chicago VAMC. The Flo-Lab should have comprehensive vascular testing capabilities, including ankle-brachial index, toe-brachial index, segmental pressures, pulse volume recordings, photoplethysmography, and Doppler studies. It should also have bi-directional Doppler capabilities, plethysmography integration, an automated cuff inflation system, a user-friendly interface, and data management and connectivity capabilities. The device should meet IEC 60601-1 and ISO 13485 standards for medical devices and be HIPPA compliant.
