The County of Sarasota is seeking a contractor to provide installation, scheduled maintenance, repair, and support services for broadcast audio/visual (A/V) equipment. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, transportation, and tools to perform A/V systems installation, support, and preventative maintenance inspection services. The contract term is expected to be 3 years. • The contractor must provide references demonstrating experience in preventative maintenance, installation, repair, and support services for A/V equipment. • The contractor must designate a principal with full responsibility for directing each crew. • The contractor must ensure that all work is performed in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations. • The contractor must provide a written estimate for any equipment repair or replacement. • The contractor must train County staff on new equipment, if requested.
