The State of Ohio is seeking bids for a term contract to provide statewide patrol vehicle emergency lighting, sirens, and related accessories. The contract will be available to all state agencies, state institutions of higher education, and properly registered members of the Cooperative Purchasing Program. The contract will include four brands of products: Code 3 Inc., Federal Signal Corp., Whelen, and SoundOff Signal. • The contract will have a term of 36 months, with the option for renewal at the discretion of the Contracting Agency. • The Contractor must provide engineering services to correct any difficulties encountered with the installation or operation of the equipment. • The Contractor must notify the participating agency contact(s) via email or telephone call if delivery requirements cannot be met within the specified time. • The Contractor must report the quarterly dollar value of sales to Cooperative Purchasing Members under this Contract. • The Contractor must pay a Revenue Share to the State, equal to ¾ of 1% of the total quarterly sales.
