After bid opening a Public Notice will be issued via PennBid containing any available bid results for the following: Contract R021-25 452 Tons of Liquid Chlorine 150,000 Pounds of Sodium Permanganate 2,055 Tons of Caustic Soda 250 Tons of Liquid Linear Phosphate 2,230 Tons of Polyaluminum Chloride 25 Tons of Liquid Zinc Orthophosphate 8,000 Gallons of Liquid Sodium Hypochlorite 12.5% 1,000 Gallons of Liquid Ammonium Sulfate 40% Copies of bidding forms, specifications and other contract documents will be available at no cost on the PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) website. Bidders shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents via the “Vendor Discussions” tab in Messages on PennBid. Vendors who are awarded contracts are assessed a variable award fee based on the type of contract. Term Contracts Award fee is 1/6% (.00166) of the expected value of the contract for the time period of the awarded contract. The award fee shall be no less than $100 and no greater than $5,000. The awarded vendor will also be responsible for providing MAWC with their vendor items numbers. Prices quoted shall be firm for the period of APRIL 1, 2025 THROUGH MARCH 31, 2026.
