The Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) is seeking 50 Cyberfeds user licenses and customer support services to provide access and capability to research and provide accurate and up-to-date guidance to DCAA customers on various areas of employment law. The product must meet specific salient characteristics, including the ability to meet the needs of federal human resource practitioners, federal inspector generals, and federal employment law needs. Some key features required include updated case decisions, reference manuals, guidance articles, and federal arbitration judge fact sheets. The period of performance includes a base year and four option years. Key responsibilities will include providing user licenses, customer support, and ensuring the product meets the specified requirements. • The product must be able to meet the needs of federal human resource practitioners, federal inspector generals, and federal employment law needs. • The product must have updated case decisions/case law related to employee and labor relations. • The product must have reference manuals in digital form. • The product must have guidance articles from legal experts in Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), labor relations, employee relations, workforce management. • The product must have federal arbitration judge fact sheets and references.
