The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division is seeking a contractor to provide asbestos abatement removal services. The contractor will be responsible for removing approximately 900 linear feet of asbestos-containing pipe insulation from Building 763. The contractor must have properly trained and licensed asbestos abatement employees and provide 3rd party air monitoring. The site visit is encouraged during the solicitation to review the buildings and prepare a proper proposal. The contractor shall notify the Contracting Officer 30 days in advance if they cannot meet the contracted delivery schedule. • The contractor shall remove asbestos-containing pipe insulation from Building 763. • The contractor shall provide 3rd party air monitoring. • The contractor shall properly dispose of all waste. • The contractor shall have properly trained and licensed asbestos abatement employees. • The site visit is available on June 2 and 3, 2025.
