The State of New Hampshire is seeking bids for a tracked skid steer. The successful vendor will be required to supply the item(s) indicated in the "Offer" section of this bid invitation, in accordance with the requirements of this bid invitation and any resulting order. The contract will be a non-exclusive contract, and the State reserves the right to retain other contractors to provide any of the services or deliverables identified under this procurement. The bid prices shall remain firm for the entire contract period and shall be in US dollars, including delivery and all other costs required by this bid invitation. • The tracked skid steer must meet or exceed the required specifications as written. • The vendor shall be required to warranty all of the equipment/item awarded to vendor for a period of not less than one (1) year or the manufacturer’s standard period of time, whichever is greater. • The successful vendor shall allow representatives of the State of New Hampshire to have complete access to all records for the purpose of determining compliance with the terms and conditions of this bid invitation and in determining the award and for monitoring any resulting contract. • The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof and add/delete items/locations to the contract.
