The Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) is seeking a contractor to provide walk-off carpet services at the DFAS Field Operations in Rome, NY. The contractor will be required to supply and exchange walk-off carpets on a regular basis, with a frequency of once every two weeks from May 1 to October 31 and once every week from November 1 to April 30. The contract will have a base period of one year, with four option years. The contractor must provide a detailed description of their technical approach, pricing, and other required information.
