The Orleans County PSB Emergency Structural Repairs - Fire Only project involves structural repairs to the existing PSB roof structure, including removal of existing walls and ceilings, temporary disconnections and reconnections of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems. The selected areas will be restored to their original layout and finishes. Bidders must be properly licensed and able to obtain insurance and performance and payment bonds. The project has a scheduled completion time of 6 months from the Notice to Proceed. • The project is located at 13925 Rt 31W, Albion, NY 14411. • The bid is for Contract No. 05 - Fire Protection only. • A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 31, 2025. • Questions and product substitutions must be submitted by August 4, 2025. • The successful bidder will be required to sign a Schedule Acknowledgement form and a New York State Department of Labor Acknowledgement form.
