The Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) is seeking a contractor to provide pest control services at various MDTA facilities. The contractor will be responsible for inspecting, identifying, monitoring, evaluating, and choosing the appropriate method of pest control. The contract will be for a base period of three years with a two-year option period. The contractor must have at least five years of experience providing commercial pest control services and must be licensed to do business in the State of Maryland. • The contractor will provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform the work. • The contractor will be responsible for the safe use and application of pesticides. • The contractor will provide a project manager to handle the day-to-day operations of the contract. • The contractor will be required to submit documents in a timely manner and to clean up the work area upon completion of the work.
