The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide preventative maintenance services for the Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System (ICIDS) at Fort Bliss Military Installation, Dona Ana, Oro Grande, and McGregor Range Facilities. The contractor will be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, continuous operational monitoring, repairs, and upgrades for the ICIDS system, which consists of approximately 600 monitored zones and a centralized reporting infrastructure. The contractor will also be required to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other resources to perform the services. The contract will be for a base year of 12 months with four 12-month option years. • The contractor will be responsible for performing maintenance and monitoring services for the ICIDS system, including primary monitoring cabinets, operator workstations, remote monitoring stations, and associated internal wiring. • The contractor will be required to utilize Department of the Army Qualified Electronics-certified equipment, software, or tools to monitor the operational status of the ICIDS reporting system and its integration with ICIDS zones. • The contractor will be responsible for selecting, furnishing, and utilizing any equipment, software, or additional tools necessary to fulfill the requirements of the contract. • The contractor will be required to provide DAQ Electronics-certified on-site technicians and ensure that all personnel possess the required certifications and qualifications.
