The County of Orange is seeking bids for Modular Wetland System and Detention Basin Maintenance Services. The contract will involve performing maintenance and filter replacement services for modular wetland systems and detention basins at two locations: County Administration South and County Administration North. The contractor will be required to inspect and clean debris and trash from screening devices, remove sediment from separation chambers, replace cartridge filter media and down drain filter media, and perform other related tasks. The contractor must also provide a maintenance inspection record and comply with the County's Safety and Loss Prevention Policy. • The contract term is not specified, but the bid prices quoted shall be firm for the entire contract term. • The County reserves the right to request supplemental proposals for additional services not called for under this contract. • The contractor must comply with the County's Safety and Loss Prevention Policy and submit a copy of its Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) and Contractor Safety-Activity Checklist. • The contractor must also provide a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for each hazardous substance provided, used, or created as part of the goods or services provided.
