The U.S. Navy is seeking a contractor to provide screws, cap, socket head, in accordance with Marotta drawing 280912-0004. The material must be corrosion-resistant steel, 300 series, with a minimum tensile strength of 100,000 PSI. The contractor must provide a certificate of compliance, certifying that the items furnished under this contract comply with the requirements of the procurement document. The contractor must also maintain a quality system in accordance with ISO-9001, and provide test certifications for the items listed below. Some key requirements include: * Quantitative chemical and mechanical analysis of material is required * Test reports must be traceable to traceability marking on the material * Material certification test reports must include the class, form, condition, grade, type, finish, and/or composition of the material supplied * The contractor must develop written procedures that implement the material control requirements stated in the contract * The contractor must maintain adequate records of all inspections and tests
