The State of Missouri, Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS), is seeking a vendor to provide calibration weights and rods, scale verification/calibration technical support, and live/recorded scale verification/calibration training sessions for approximately 116 local WIC agencies throughout the state. The vendor must meet minimum experience requirements, including three years of experience in providing certified calibration/test weights and calibration rods, conducting on-site scale inspections and calibrations, providing scale compliance and calibration training, and offering excellent customer service. The vendor will be responsible for delivering products and services, providing technical support, and conducting training sessions.
