The Vermont Army National Guard is seeking vendors for a multiple award blanket purchase agreement (BPA) or indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide laundry and dry cleaning services. The contractor will be responsible for picking up, laundering or dry cleaning, and delivering military clothing, equipment, and bedding linens to the Central Issue Facility and Regional Training Institute in Colchester, VT, and the Army Mountain Warfare School in Jericho, VT. Interested vendors should provide a capability statement demonstrating their ability to provide the required services, including pickup and delivery on an as-needed basis. • The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform the services. • The contractor must be able to pick up and deliver items to the specified locations on an as-needed basis. • The contractor must be able to provide the required services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). • The contractor must disclose their socio-economic status in their response.
