The Riverside Transit Agency (RTA) is seeking quotes from authorized Microsoft partners to provide Office 365 commercial licenses. The contract term will be for a one-year base term, with the effective dates of May 1, 2025, through April 30, 2026. The contractor shall furnish all facilities, materials, equipment, and services necessary to fulfill the requirements of this contract. The scope of work includes providing Office 365 E3 licenses, Exchange Online Plan 1, Entra ID Plan 1, Visio Plan 2, and Microsoft Defender for Office 365 P1. The contractor must have a support portal allowing RTA to submit and collaborate on support tickets. • The contract term is for a one-year base term, with the effective dates of May 1, 2025, through April 30, 2026. • The contractor shall provide Office 365 E3 licenses, Exchange Online Plan 1, Entra ID Plan 1, Visio Plan 2, and Microsoft Defender for Office 365 P1. • The contractor must have a support portal allowing RTA to submit and collaborate on support tickets. • The contractor shall furnish all facilities, materials, equipment, and services necessary to fulfill the requirements of this contract. • The contractor must be an authorized partner of Microsoft who serves as RTA's subscription advisor and provides the sales, support, and technical expertise needed to help set up and maintain RTA's subscription.
