Description:
The US Army is seeking an electric scissor lift that meets specific requirements. The lift should have a maximum platform height of 42 inches, a maximum width of 32 inches, and a raised height minimum overall height of 19 feet. It should also have a pothole protection system, a 3-inch minimum ground clearance with pothole protection raised, and a 1-inch maximum ground clearance with pothole protection deployed. The machine should have a maximum total weight of 7000 pounds and a platform weight capacity of 500 pounds. The platform should have a slide extension of at least 36 inches with a maximum weight capacity of 275 pounds. The lift should also have a 27-amp automatic onboard battery charger, 4 6-volt AGM deep cycle batteries, and a 5-foot 5-inch minimum outside turning radius.
