The City College of New York (“CCNY” and/or “College”) of The City University of New York (“CUNY” and/or “University”) is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment to provide boiler maintenance and repair services on a time and material basis. It is anticipated that the term of the Contract will be three (3) years with an option to renew for one (1) additional two (2) year period. NYS Prevailing Wages apply.
