The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms that are able to provide HVAC Maintenance Services for the Santa Rosa Area office. The contract term is anticipated to be effective from April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2029. Bidders must meet the minimum DVBE participation requirement of 5%. The scope of work includes providing HVAC maintenance services as described in Exhibit A. • The bidder must possess a valid C-20 Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Contractor license. • The bidder must be registered with the DIR. • The bidder must have a past record of sound business integrity and history of being responsive to past contractual obligations. • The bidder must supply proof of liability insurance that meets the requirements in Exhibit E. • The bidder must comply with all requirements as set forth in the Government Code Sections 14837, 14839, 14842, 14842.5 and MVC Sections 999, 999.6, 999.9.
