The County of San Luis Obispo is seeking a consultant to provide oversight and guidance for the CDBG-DR funded Manufactured Home Replacement and Elevation Project. The consultant will be responsible for ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements, developing a marketing plan, and providing guidance on program policies and procedures. The project aims to replace manufactured homes damaged by the December 2022 – January 2023 storms in San Luis Obispo County.
