State University of New York, Downstate Health Sciences University (SUNY-DHSU) on behalf of its component hospital, University Hospital at Downstate is soliciting offers from qualified vendors (alternatively “Proposer”, “Offeror” and “Bidder”), of which one vendor will be selected to provide forty-five (45) Hemodialysis machines for SUNY DHSU’s Ambulatory Dialysis Department. The successful proposal shall include equipment, installation, training and ongoing support during the term of the contract. All systems and services must comply with applicable Federal and New York State Laws, SUNY Policies and institutional security and accessibility standards.
