Description:
The New York City Housing Authority is seeking bids from 3rd Party Purchasing Firms of Consolidated Edison and National Grid (Keyspan) Energy Delivery Heat, Hot water, and Cooking. The resulting agreement(s) for this service will have a term of either three, four, or five years. The authority will award one agreement for each of the four service categories: Con Ed Heating, National Grid Heating, Con Ed Cooking, and National Grid Cooking. • The bid submission deadline is August 5, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. • A non-mandatory Proposers' conference will be hosted online via Microsoft Teams on July 16, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. • All RFQ-related questions must be submitted via email to ProfessionalServices.Procurement@NYCHA.nyc.gov by July 18, 2025, 2:00 P.M. • Responses to all submitted questions will be available via the RFQ in NYCHA iSupplier by July 25, 2025.
