The Department of Motor Vehicles is seeking a contractor to provide property sweeping and pressure washing services at the Torrance DMV field office. The services shall be performed at 1785 W 220th Street, Torrance, CA 90501. The contractor shall utilize truck-mounted equipment to perform property sweeping on all paved surfaces accessible to motor vehicles. The contractor shall perform services during non-DMV business hours, three times per week for property sweeping and one time per month for property pressure washing. * Property sweeping services to remove oil spills, trash, and debris from paved surfaces accessible to motor vehicles * Property pressure washing services to remove spills, dirt, debris, bird droppings, cobwebs, and stains from paved surfaces accessible to motor vehicles * Services shall be performed during non-DMV business hours * Contractor shall utilize truck-mounted equipment to perform property sweeping * Contractor shall haul away and dispose of all trash and debris offsite
