The UPMC Jameson Behavioral Health Inpatient Unit project involves the renovation of a wing of the 5th floor into an inpatient Behavioral Health Unit at the Jameson facility in New Castle, PA. The project includes demolition of the existing build-out, construction of new partitions, ceilings, finishes, MEPFP systems, and replacement of an existing AHU with new RTU. All work within patient areas must follow strict anti-ligature requirements. The project is due on Friday, April 4th, at 2 pm (EST), and Mascaro Construction Company, L.P. encourages certified minority-owned, veteran-owned, and woman-owned subcontractors, diverse and/or small businesses, and supplier participation.
