The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) is seeking a contractor to provide in-person training on the Fundamentals of Uncertainty Analysis. The training should cover the propagation of measurement uncertainty using statistical methodologies relevant to instrument testing and quality and compliance programs. The contractor should have experience in providing comprehensive training programs and demonstrate expertise in statistical methods for advanced testing facilities. The training should include hands-on calculations and result in the employees being able to independently apply the techniques to the Division's specific instrument calibration procedures and quality assurance programs.
