Dane County is seeking a professional commissioning services provider for the Alliant Energy Center Exhibition Hall Expansion project. The project involves expanding the current facility by 201,000SF in two phases, from the existing 243,000SF to a final 444,000SF finished exhibition venue. The commissioning services provider will work with Dane County and the design team to complete the project, from the Construction Documents phase through bidding, construction, and commissioning. The provider will be responsible for developing and updating a Commissioning Plan, reviewing construction documents, attending construction-related meetings, and conducting site visits to evaluate the construction process.
