The San Bernardino County Regional Parks Department is seeking proposals from interested and qualified proposers to construct improvements, provide concessions, and operational management for an Aerial Adventure Park at Glen Helen Regional Park. The proposal should include specific information about the concession being proposed, and the proposer must be able to provide at their sole cost and expense, design, engineering, construction of improvements, materials, furnishings, fixtures, equipment, management of daily operations, permitting, insurance, licensing, and maintenance of the premises and concession. • The contract period will be for a maximum of 10 years, with options to extend based on contractor performance and negotiations. • The proposer must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, codes, and regulations. • A voluntary site walk and proposal conference will be held on June 12, 2025, at 11:00 AM PST. • Proposals must be submitted electronically through the County Electronic Procurement Network (ePro) by July 18, 2025, at 4:00 PM PST.
