The City of DeSoto is seeking professional engineering, architecture, and land surveying firms to provide services for Capital Improvement Projects, public improvement projects, and development reviews for private development projects. The selected firms will be considered as pre-qualified firms to provide services on an as-needed basis. The scope of work includes transportation and traffic, drainage, environmental, city utilities, architecture, land surveying, private development, construction services, GIS mapping, and grant funding. • The City reserves the right to award a single contract or multiple contracts by category. • The contract will be for a five-year term, with the option to renew for an additional five years. • The City will evaluate responses based on project personnel and team organization, past project experience, service quality management program, reference checks, and responsiveness to the RFSQ. • The City requires firms to provide a statement of qualifications, resumes, and references, as well as to complete a business information form and other attachments.
