The State of Michigan is seeking a professional services contractor to provide design services for the roof replacement and waterproofing of the MDOT Warehouse in Dimondale, Michigan. The contractor will be responsible for providing a complete design based on the approved project/program statement, including all necessary services for the subsequent issuing and processing of bulletins arising from design errors and/or omissions. The contractor must have demonstrated experience in the successful planning and execution of similar projects in full accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. • The contractor must submit a technical proposal and a cost proposal. • The contractor must have a license to practice in the State of Michigan. • The contractor must provide a detailed work plan and methodology. • The contractor must provide a budget analysis and identify any potential risks or issues. • The contractor must provide references and a list of key personnel who will be working on the project. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to prevailing wages, occupational health and safety, and non-discrimination.
