Description:
The County of Lake is seeking a contractor for the renovation and structural upgrades of the existing metal building located at 1375 Hoyt Ave, Lakeport, CA 95453. The project includes removal and disposal of demolition debris, addition of plywood sheathing, installation of structural cross braces, bathroom upgrades, breakroom upgrades, and interior finishes. The contractor will be responsible for coordinating with the County and other designated contractors to complete the work.
