The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a contractor to provide SUV leases for use in Djibouti, Africa. The contractor will be required to provide a minimum of 1 SUV and a maximum of 2 SUVs, with the following specifications: 2023 or newer, less than 10,000 miles, seats 7 or more individuals, front and rear AC, full spare tire, 4WD or AWD available, automatic transmission preferred, and standard level preferred over deluxe or premium. The period of performance is from September 24, 2025, to September 23, 2026. The contractor will be responsible for delivering the SUVs to Djibouti, Africa, and ensuring that they meet all the required specifications. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. • The contractor must provide a completed copy of the FAR provision 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. • The contractor must provide a completed copy of the FAR provision 52.204-24 Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment. • The contractor must provide a signed acknowledgement of amendments, if any. • The contractor must provide a statement indicating that they are an authorized distributor/reseller for the manufacturer's products, if applicable.
