The Memphis Community Schools is seeking a vendor to provide snow plowing and salting services for the school district's properties. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing comprehensive snow plowing and salting services, including clearing parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, and play areas. The vendor will also be required to mark areas of parking lots and drives with reflective markers to prevent damage to property and other obstacles. The services are expected to be completed based on weather conditions and experience to keep the district safe and operating during snow events. • The vendor will be responsible for providing snow plowing and salting services for the school district's properties, including Memphis Junior/Senior High School, Memphis Elementary School, Memphis Bus Garage, and Memphis Central Office. • The vendor will be required to keep sight lines clear of snow piles, especially at roadway entrances and exits from parking lots and drives. • The vendor will be required to mark areas of parking lots and drives with reflective markers to prevent damage to property and other obstacles. • The vendor will be expected to complete snow plowing and salting services at the Bus garage before 5:30 A.M. and 6:00 A.M. for all other buildings after a snow event.
