The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a firm fixed price purchase and training for 1 complete heavy duty motorized ceiling lift weight carts & accessories set for up to 1000lb ceiling lift maintenance to be delivered to 7 VISN locations within 90 days of contract award. The contract includes installation and training services. The vendor must provide a technical plan, product specification sheets, warranty literature, and other documentation as part of their quote. • The ceiling lift load test cart set must be capable of testing up to 1000lbs. • The cart must be heavy duty and motorized. • The cart must include a braking system or holding break. • The weights must be selectable in 10lb increments or less. • The cart must be compatible with all manufacturers and models of ceiling lifts. • The equipment must come with proper calibration certification. • The vendor must provide a 1-year warranty and maintenance requirements for the equipment.
