Budget Estimate (AI):

$500,000,000 – $2,500,000,000

The budget for this contract can be estimated based on the maximum total portfolio ceiling of $3,000,000,000 and the minimum guaranteed order of $2,000 per IDIQ contract. Given the contract's scope and the NIH's research priorities, it is likely that the actual budget will be significantly higher than the minimum guaranteed order. However, without more specific information on the number of contracts to be awarded and the scope of work for each contract, it is difficult to provide a more precise estimate. Assuming an average annual budget of $100 million to $500 million, the total budget over the five-year contract period could range from $500 million to $2.5 billion. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the number of contracts awarded, the scope of work for each contract, and the level of funding allocated to the NIH's research priorities.
