The Maryland Department of Health (MDH) is seeking a provider business services vendor to perform various activities, including processing applications for new provider enrollment, reenrollment of suspended or terminated providers, revalidation of actively enrolled providers, and update applications of active providers. The vendor will also provide staffing resources to operate a Maryland Provider Enrollment and Revalidation Call Center, provide training on the State's Enrollment system, and conduct federally required pre- and post-enrollment site visit services. The contract duration is approximately 6.5 years, including two one-year option periods.
