Description:
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is seeking a contractor to manufacture custom printed circuit boards for use in the Simulation Engineering Branch. The contractor will be required to manufacture and assemble the PCBs in accordance with IPC-A-610 Class 3 assembly standards. The PCBs must meet specific requirements, including dimensions, layers, and materials. The contractor will also be required to provide test reports and certificates of compliance. The contract will be awarded to the responsible Offeror whose offer is the lowest price technically acceptable. • The contractor must manufacture PCBs with specific dimensions (9.1 x 5.5 inches) and layers (8). • The contractor must assemble PCBs in accordance with IPC-A-610 Class 3 assembly standards. • The contractor must provide test reports and certificates of compliance. • The contractor must deliver the PCBs to a U.S. domestic facility. • The contract is set aside for small businesses.
