Budget Estimate (AI):

$300,000 – $400,000

Based on the average daily quantity of noon meals (98) and the period of performance (1 year with two one-year option periods), the estimated annual budget can be estimated. Assuming an average cost per meal of $10, the total annual budget would be approximately $359,000 (98 meals/day * 264 days/year * $10/meal * 3 years). However, this is a rough estimate and the actual budget may vary depending on the contractor's pricing and the government's requirements. The factors that may influence the likely payment range include the cost of food, labor, and transportation, as well as the contractor's profit margin.
