The County of Loudoun, Virginia is seeking qualified consultants to provide site civil and parks design services on an "as needed" basis for a one-year period with up to three one-year renewal options. The selected consultants will be required to provide professional expertise in site civil and parks design, including but not limited to, surveying, analysis of zoning issues, site plan engineering, horizontal and vertical design of roadways, and stormwater management design. The consultants will be selected on a rotational basis for individual tasks within each service group. The County reserves the right to select consultants out of rotation when deemed to be in the best interests of the County. • The scope of services includes site civil and parks design services, surveying, analysis of zoning issues, site plan engineering, and stormwater management design. • The consultants will be required to provide professional expertise in each of the service groups for which they desire consideration for selection. • The County will issue a Purchase Order for each task prior to the start of work. • The consultants will be required to use Trimble Unity Construct (formerly known as e-Builder) Construction Program Management Software. • The County will review the consultant's operations to determine contractual compliance. • The consultants will be required to cooperate with and assist County representatives in conducting reviews. • The County reserves the right to require the consultant to remove any consultant employee from County service who the County deems unfit for service for any reason.
