The North Carolina Department of Public Safety is seeking a vendor to provide Functional Family Therapy (FFT) services to high-risk juveniles, ages 10-21, under the supervision of the Division of Juvenile Justice. The goal of this RFP is to reduce further court involvement by these identified youths, to reduce deeper penetration into the juvenile justice system, and to promote stronger families. The selected vendor will be required to provide FFT services across the state, covering four regions: Central, Eastern, Piedmont, and Western. Key responsibilities include providing evidence-based therapy, addressing risk and needs factors, and promoting public safety. • The vendor must have experience in providing FFT services to high-risk juveniles. • The vendor must have a strong understanding of the juvenile justice system and the needs of the target population. • The vendor must be able to provide services across the state, covering four regions. • The vendor must be able to provide evidence-based therapy and address risk and needs factors. • The vendor must be able to promote public safety and reduce further court involvement by the identified youths.
