Public Notice – Technology Oversight Officer Request for Proposal Notice is hereby given that the Municipality of Norristown is seeking proposals from qualified Technology Oversight Officers (TOO) to manage the relationship with our Managed Service Provider (MSP) and oversee the Municipality’s day-to-day IT operations. The TOO will play a critical role in ensuring smooth IT operations and supporting the Municipality of Norristown’s future technological advancements. The selected TOO must be onsite at least three days per week, with an increased onsite presence during critical MSP transitions or major IT improvement projects.
