Description:
The City University of New York (“CUNY”) seeks to procure an online research management, writing, and bibliographic management tool that allows researchers and students to gather, manage, store and share information, as well as generate citations directly from library databases, create bibliographies, and format bibliography and in-text citations in word processing software such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs and LaTeX (the “Solution”). The Solution must integrate with CUNY's enterprise systems as further described in Part 3. This Solution will serve over 250,000 students, faculty, and staff across more than 30 libraries. The Solution must enhance the user experience, streamline research workflows, and support the diverse information sources used by our academic community. Budget Estimate (AI):

$500,000 – $2,000,000

The budget for this opportunity can be estimated based on the scope of work and the number of users. The solution will serve over 250,000 students, faculty, and staff across more than 30 libraries. Considering the complexity of the solution and the large user base, the budget could be substantial. A possible estimate could be between $500,000 and $2 million, considering the cost of software development, implementation, and maintenance. However, this is a rough estimate and the actual budget could be higher or lower, depending on the specifics of the proposal and the vendor's pricing.
